New WFTDA Rankings: Arch Rival & St. Chux Stay On Playoff Course

Two area women’s roller derby leagues took one stride closer to the playoffs of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) when the governing body released its latest international rankings Tuesday afternoon.

St. Louis-based Arch Rival maintained its position of #21 while St. Charles County-based St. Chux Derby Chix climbed one position to #43.

All 202 WFTDA international leagues eligible for rank are listed top to bottom. Arch Rival is currently nestled in Division 1 while St. Chux is currently classified as Division 2. The final rankings for the upcoming post-season will be released after June 30.

Arch Rival (4-3) travels to #13 Atlanta (2-1) this Saturday in a 5 PM Central bout that can be accessed for free online by going to this link right here on game day.

St. Chux defeated #64 Dallas, 182-125, this past Saturday to improve to 8-1 on the season. The Pack In Black plays next at #68 Demolition City (Evansville, IN) on Saturday, June 28.
