FENTON, MO– Saint Louis FC is thrilled to announce the addition of two new members to the team. Saint Louis adds midfielder, Kinglsey Bryce, and Veteran forward Mike Magee. Both players are on loan from the Chicago Fire, the offiliate of Saint Louis FC.

The 6ft 185lb midfielder is on a long term loan from Chicago. Bryce has spent the last few days in Saint Louis training with the team. The Plano, Texas native was drafted in the second round, 28th overall, of the 2015 MLS Super Draft by the Chicago Fire. He is a former Saint Louis Billiken where he scored 23 goals and had 12 assists in 79 matches. Bryce was named on the Second-team All Atlantic 10 Conference and A-10 Championship team in 2013.

In 2014 Bryce started 21 games for the Billikens. He was an All-Academic team selection and Academic All-District. In those 21 games, he finished with 16 points. Four of his goals were game winners. Bryce brings lots of energy and great work ethic to the club going forward.

Mike Magee will be on short term loan from the Chicago Fire. The 5’10’’ 160lb forward will be playing in his rehab assignment before heading back up to Chicago. Magee made over 15 appearances for the Fire before undergoing season-ending hip surgery on September 9th of last year. Magee brings a veteran presence to the team. He has scored big goals in the past for the fire, including a game winning goal vs. Saint Louis FC’s upcoming opponent Sporting KC, converted the game winning PK vs the Columbus Crew in August, and also the lone goal in a victory over the Eastern Coast powerhouse, New York Red Bulls.

Before being acquired by the Fire, Magee was a member of the L.A. Galaxy. In 2011, he was the only player on the Galaxy to score in the regular season, the postseason, the U.S. Open Cup and the CONCACAF Champions League. Magee was also a part of the US Mens National Team before his career in the MLS. Magee was invited to participate in the 2014 annual January camp. He brings an astounding resume along with a wonderful veteran locker room presence for his short stint with the team. Magee looks to test out his newly repaired hip with Saint Louis FC this weekend vs Louisville City FC.
