Blues Announce 2015 Training Camp

ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Blues announced today that the 2015-16 Training Camp will be open to the public on Saturday, Sept. 19 and Sunday, Sept. 20 at Scottrade Center, giving fans a chance to see their favorite Blues players on the ice for the first time this season.

A total of 60 players will participate in this year’s camp.

As a prelude to camp, the Blues will kickoff the events on Sept. 19 with a ceremony to commemorate the new Blues Hall-of-Fame Plaza at 9:30 a.m. Hall-of-Famers Bernie Federko, Brett Hull and Al MacInnis will be on-hand as the organization unveils the plaza bricks for the first time.

Following the program, the Blues will open Scottrade Center doors to all fans.

Each training camp day will feature two camp sessions and two scrimmages.

The first session will begin at 10 a.m. and the second at 12:30 p.m., while scrimmages are scheduled for 11:15 a.m. and 1:45 p.m.

On Saturday only, fans can visit the Blues merchandise trailer, which will be set up outside of the True Blues Authentic Team Store, and enjoy open concessions at various locations inside Scottrade Center. In addition, the Blues will offer a kids area inside that features a slap-shot machine, “Dress Like A Player,” a Blue Note Kids Club table and a prize wheel courtesy of McDonalds.

Sept. 19 – Scottrade Center
Group A Practice: 10 a.m. – Noon
Group A Scrimmage: 11:15 a.m.
Group B Practice: 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Group B Scrimmage: 1:45 p.m.

Sept. 20 – Scottrade Center
Group A Practice: 10 a.m. – Noon
Group A Scrimmage: 11:15 a.m.
Group B Practice: 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Group B scrimmage: 1:45 p.m.
