Officials from Free Tickets Entertainment, LLC announced that they had acquired one hundred percent ownership of the St. Louis Attack professional indoor football team. Free Tickets Entertainment is also the parent company of Fight Hard MMA, which is widely regarded as the Nation’s most popular amateur mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion. Kenny Nowling and John Morris are also pleased to announce that the new ownership group will join the AIF for the 2016 season and beyond.
“Eastern Missouri has a long and storied history with professional indoor football dating back to 1999,” said AIF Owner and Commissioner John Morris. “Having a new ownership group in place with a proven track record of packing arenas made this the perfect time for the AIF to expand into one of the country’s premier football markets.”
During the acquisition process Nowling knew that finding the right league partner was going to be critical to the continued success of the franchise. “Our staff worked tirelessly searching for the right league to join,” continued Nowling. “There are several great indoor football leagues across the country. However, after much thought and careful consideration, the AIF really stood out and fits our needs perfectly. We couldn’t be more excited to join them for the 2016 season and beyond.”
“We are thrilled to add the St. Louis Attack to the Free Tickets Entertainment family of companies,” said President and CEO Kenny Nowling. “We are about to take professional indoor football to a level that this area has never seen before.”
The Attack will play all of their home games at The Family Arena starting in late February of 2016. Several major announcements will be made by the team in the coming days and weeks including staffing, player signings, tryout dates, their 2016 schedule and much more.
