On eve of first start since surgery, Lance Lynn said he wants to be a Cardinal for life and would welcome extension talks with #STLCards

Lynn missed the entire 2016 season following Tommy John surgery. It has been 18 months since his surgery and he is scheduled to make his first start of 2017 tomorrow.
He will turn 30 in May and was pretty consistent workhorse so far in his career with a 61-39 record, a 3.37 career ERA, and 8.7 career K/9.
It is believed that ehe could easily get a $100 million or more deal as a free agent.
