Springfield, MO – The Springfield Cardinals are excited to partner with Aaron Sachs & Associates to host the first-ever Dinner on the Diamond at Hammons Field, featuring former St. Louis Cardinal, published author and speaker, Rick Ankiel.
Dinner on the Diamond with Rick Ankiel will take place on Friday, September 22 and is a charitable event to benefit the American Cancer Society, Lost and Found Grief Center and KY3 Kids.
With gates opening for the event at 5pm, guests will enjoy dinner on the award-winning playing surface at Hammons Field from 5:30 – 7pm. Starting at 6:05pm, the St. Louis Cardinals and Pittsburgh Pirates game will be shown on the Springfield Cardinals 2,244 square-foot, 13HD Video Board.
Beginning in the bottom of the third inning of the St. Louis Cardinals game, Rick Ankiel will speak about his new book, playing career and much more. Additionally, all fans that register for Dinner on the Diamond will receive an autographed copy of Rick’s new book, “The Phenomenon,” and a Springfield Cardinals T-Shirt.
Tickets for Dinner on the Diamond with Rick Ankiel are available right now. Individual Tickets are only $150 and discounted tables for groups of 10 fans are just $1,350.
Additionally, there will be a VIP Meet and Greet, during which fans can get additional autographs, take pictures and chat with Rick Ankiel. VIP Meet and Greet Tickets include everything that comes with standard tickets and are just $300 for individuals and a discounted $2,500 for groups of 10 fans.
